Louise Mills
Louise is a finance professional with a long history in the Australian finance industry. She has spent her working career in banking and finance, commencing at ANZ in 1980, in general banking. Louise held an executive role as Director at Private Bank Victoria. This role led a multi-disciplinary team with the key focus on high net worth clients with complex wealth (financial and investment) and lending needs.
Prior to joining the Private Bank segment, Louise was a senior manager with ANZ Institutional Bank, Diversified Industries. This role provided Louise with numerous and complex lending transactions with institutional grade clients. Louise’s other roles included senior responsibilities with Corporate, Business Banking and Retail channels. In 2017 Louise commenced her own business in finance & mortgage management.Louise holds a Graduate Diploma in Banking and Finance, Advanced Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning), Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management.
Shaun Sanko
Shaun is an experienced financial services advisor helping private and corporate clients since the late 1980’s in both New Zealand and Australia. Commencing his career in the Trustee industry, In 2000, Shaun moved into Private Banking managing investment accounts as well as complex structured lending transactions. He finished his banking career as a senior manager with Westpac in 2016. Whilst he was the Director of Family Office Groups for ANZ Private Bank, Victoria, he established and grew a significant business funding corporate aircraft including construction facilities as well as new and pre-owned.
Shaun is also the Managing Director of Generis Trade Facilitation being a Singapore based trade finance business and is a director of Jet Assist being a corporate jet management business.
In addition, Shaun has owned and operated his own light aeroplane, he holds a current commercial pilot licence with multi-engine and instrument ratings and previously worked for a freight and charter airline in New Zealand.
Peter Keane
Peter has over 15 Years in the finance industry, specialising in leasing and structured asset finance solutions for the institutional divisions of ANZ and Westpac. Peter is presently the principal of Ligra Capital & Advisory Pty Ltd, a boutique firm focused on delivering innovative asset finance solutions for institutional, corporate and government clients.
Peter has extensive industry experience, closing multiple transactions across both the commercial and general aviation sectors. With experience in pre-delivery financing, cross-border structures, operating and finance leases together with portfolio financings, Peter is an expert in developing solutions to address client risks, including residual value, interest rate and FX exposures.
Peter holds a Bachelor of Business (Business Administration) (Hons.) from RMIT University and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance from FINSIA.
